2009 RC Minor Baseball Interleague Rules PDF Print E-mail

Minor Baseball division rules shall be the official Little League Rules with these exceptions.

1.      The maximum amount of runs per inning is 5, no exceptions.

2.      The length of the games will be based on a time limit or 6 innings, whichever comes first.  No inning shall start ONE HOUR AND FORTY FIVE MINUTES AFTER THE FIRST PITCH.  The beginning of an inning is when the 3rd out of the previous inning was made or 5 runs have scored.  If you are at one hour and forty four minutes when the 3rd out is made or 5 runs score, you proceed with the next inning unless you have played 6 innings.

3.      The visiting team needs to provide a field umpire and pick up trash in their dugout.  The Home team shall provide Home Plate Umpire, Scorekeeper, prepare the field for play before and after the game, and clean up their dugout after the game.
